The petitioner's contentions in Exhibit P10 are to the effect that he is a scapegoat of the attempts of authorities of the University and the 6th respondent to have him thrown out of service. From a reading of the material produced in this case, I am of the opinion that the petitioner's contentions that his version has not been considered by the authorities cannot be sustained 7. I am mindful of the fact that what is under consideration is Exhibit P13 order of termination simplicitor. The petitioner, who was appointed as Associate Professor on 12.6.2017 was on probation for a period of 12 months.
