Allocation mechanism and criteria of allocation/re-allocation : The quantity of exports permitted against each application shall be decided by a Special Exim Facilitation Committee (EFC) constituted for this purpose. 2.1. The Special EFC shall ordinarily meet once every month in this regard. 2.2.
