....e List of Imports under Chapter XV of the Export and Import Policy (1992-97). It has been stated thereunder that Crude Palm Stearin may be imported against a licence or in accordance with a Public Notice issued in this behalf. Subsequently, Public Notice No. 51-(PN)/ 92-97 dated September 21, 1992 was issued in that regard. In supersession of the conditions and procedure as laid down in Public Notice No. 51-(PN)/92-97 dated the 21st September, 1992, import of Crude Palm Stearin shall be permitted as under:- 2.
