Mr. Habibulla Basha, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner relied upon the judgment of the Supreme Court in Union of India v. Kamlakshi Finance Corporation Ltd., reported in 1991 (55) E.L.T. 433 (S.C.) and submitted that the impugned order is liable to be quashed.
