....The Central Government, exercising powers under PMLA SS43(1) and in consultation with the Telangana HC Chief Justice, amended the special court designations for PMLA cases in Telangana. The Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, and designated Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judges are assigned jurisdiction over PMLA cases statewide, excluding Cyberabad and Ranga Reddy Sessions Divisions and excluding investigations or charge sheets by the State Police Establishment, Anti-corruption Bureau, CBI, and economic offences. Separate courts are designated for cases arising from investigations by the State Police Establishment and Anti-corruption Bureau, economic offences, and CBI investigations. These amendments reorganize the distribution of PMLA cases among specialized courts to streamline trial and disposal processes across Telangana's various law enforcement agencies.....
