On 5.3.2018, the following order was passed:- "The petitioner - Mrs. Harpreet Walia Sabharwal and her husband - Mr. Iqbal Singh Sabharwal are personally present. Petitioner has brought a cheque dated 8.3.2018 amounting to Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lac) drawn in favour of Mr. Sukaran Kumar Jain - respondent no. 2. The same may be handed over to respondent no. 2 who is present in Court. The petitioner states that the said cheque, on being presented, shall be duly honoured by the bank. Let the matter be listed on 16th April, 2018. In the meantime, the petitioner will be at liberty....
