These Appeals have been filed by the Appellants being aggrieved by the Impugned Order dated 21.11.2017 passed in CA 1/73/16 by National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench ('NCLT', in short). The said Application was filed by Respondent - Lal Chand Singhal under Section 73(4) of the Companies Act, 2013. In short, he claimed that he had given a sum of Rs. 75 Lakhs to be kept as fixed deposit with Respondent Company - Moongipa Investments Limited. When he sought repayment of his deposit with interest, the Company failed to liquidate the amount.
