....l) of section 15K of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act. 1992 (15 of 1992); (c) "Rules" means the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Recruitment) Rules, 2001 (d) All other words and expressions used and not defined in these rules but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act 3.
