....l) of section 15K of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act. 1992 (15 of 1992); (c) "Rules" means the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Recruitment) Rules, 2001 (d) All other words and expressions used and not defined in these rules but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act 3. Number of posts, classification and scale of pay.-The number of said posts, their classification and the scale or pay thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules 4 Methods of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc.-The methods of recruitment, age limit, qualification, and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns 5 to 14 of the said Schedule 5 Initial Constitution.-The employees holding the posts mentioned in the Schedule to these rules in the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai on the date of commencement of these rules shall be deemed to have been appointed at the Initial Constitution stage of the said posts, if so opted within 30 days of publication of these rules.
