The facts in brief are that assessee's case was selected for scrutiny under CASS on the ground that the assessee has made deposits in cash in his saving bank account. The Assessing Officer noted that on many occasions there has been non-compliance by the assessee which has been noted by him in the impugned assessment order. Though, he admitted that certain part replies and details have been filed.
