On completion of inquiry, a show cause notice dated 14.03.2013 was issued to the main appellant and three others. To begin with, the appellant pleaded that they were not provided with the copies of the bills of entry filed by EGPL, which was relied upon to arrive at the comparable price of equivalent models of air-conditioners.
