Admittedly, the appellants have challenged the said award by filing a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before the Civil Court. The respondents have filed an affidavit dated 16.06.2016 requesting this Court to pronounce the judgment in terms of the award. 2.
