The information provided through this message will be taken as final and will replace the values provided through Message Type 'V with respect to vessel details. Vessel details: New values can be provided for all elements, except for key parameters - Vessel Name, Vessel Code, Shipping Line Code and Shipping Agent Code. Cargo and Container particulars: The previous information provided through Message Type 'V' will be taken as final. Amendment, if required has to be transmitted with Message Type 'A'. Information of new lines is to be transmitted with Message Type 'S' (Supplementary). The Supplementary information and the amendments can be filed along with Message Type 'P' for Vessel or can be filed independently.
