(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Adjudicating Authority under the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002, Registrar, (Group 'A' post) Recruitment Rules, 2016. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. Application 2.
