If we find that there is infraction of the principles of natural justice and Rule 58 of the Rules, there is no need for us to take up the adjudication of this Appeal on merits. The learned Special G.P. for taxes fairly submits that the records secured by him from the Department do not show any such satisfaction being recorded by the Commercial Tax Officer.
