....anatory Memorandum NOTIFICATION NO. 17/2009 DATED 18-2-2009 In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Income Tax Department Administrative Officers (Group "A" and "B" Posts), Recruitment Rules, 2004 namely:— (1) These rules may be called the Income Tax Department Administrative Officers ....
