.... THE 13 August, 1999 S.O. (E) :In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development & Regulations) Act, 1992 ( No. 22 of 1992 ) read with Paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, as amended , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002. In partial modification of the Notification No. 19(....
