I am directed to refer to Board’s Circular No.18/2002-Cus. dated 13.03.2002 issued from File No.434/8/2001-Cus.IV on the above subject, it has been provided in Para 3 of the said Circular that “the facility for movement of export cargo from ICDs / CFSs to Nepal and Bangladesh shall be available if cargo is moved through LCSs at Petrapole ....
