.... is a manufacturer of excisable goods falling under Chapter 86 of the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985. They claimed Rs. 1,39,626/- and Rs. 68,155/- as refund of unutilised credit taken on the inputs used in the manufacture of exported goods for the quarter ending December 2006 and March 2007 respectively.
