Marine-product export controls permit most classified goods while prohibiting shark fins and restricting protected wildlife and undersized specimens.

Chapter 03 export policy classifies most listed live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted, smoked and processed fish, crustaceans, molluscs, aquatic invertebrates, and products fit for human consumption as Free. Shark fins are Prohibited. Wildlife-protected marine species are prohibited, while CITES-listed species and exports otherwise permissible under wildlife controls remain subject to Restricted Export Authorisation. Fresh, chilled or frozen silver pomfrets below the prescribed weight require Restricted Export Authorisation. Specified undersized sea crawfish and sand lobsters are prohibited from export.
