        <h1>GST exemption for tender coconut water not pre-packaged removes tax on loose supplies under a recent integrated tax notification.</h1> Tender coconut water supplied other than in pre-packaged and labelled form is exempt from GST with effect from 22-09-2025 under Notification No. 10/2025-Integrated Tax (Rate) dated 17-09-2025, removing GST liability on loose or unpackaged supplies while pre-packaged and labelled products remain subject to existing GST treatment.
