        <h1>GST exemption for fresh turmeric other than processed form applies under notification, effective from the stated implementation date.</h1> Exemption from GST is provided for fresh turmeric when supplied other than in processed form, effective from 22-09-2025 pursuant to Notification No. 10/2025-Integrated Tax (Rate) dated 17-09-2025, and reflected in the relevant rate schedules; the operative criterion is the physical, unprocessed state of the turmeric at the time of supply.
