<h1>GST applicability on specified spice seeds now subjects anise, fennel, coriander, cumin and similar seeds to a revised tax rate.</h1> Imposition of GST at a revised rate on specified spice seeds is prescribed, covering seeds of anise, badian, fennel, coriander, cumin or caraway and juniper berries (excluding seed-quality juniper); the change is effected by a rate notification and applies to the Schedule I entry altering integrated tax treatment of these agricultural products.
