Input-output norms for textile exports require prescribed input proportions and bar disperse dye imports in mixed dyed staple fibre cases.
Input-output norms set conversion ratios for staple fibre content, polyester/viscose tow, and dyes per unit of exported grey/dyed spun yarn; furnace oil is allowed only under an actual user condition for units with captive power generation using furnace oil. Importers must ensure imported inputs are those used in the export product, and disperse dyes are disallowed when both polyester-dyed and viscose-dyed staple fibres are imported.
