        <h1>Input-output norms require imported adhesive components to match declared proportions and be used in export production.</h1> Input-Output Norms prescribe the material composition and per-kilogram input proportions for a two-component laminating adhesive (polyester resin 100%). A bill of materials lists adipic acid, diethylene glycol, mono ethylene glycol, and methyl propane diol by weight. The schedule requires determination of permissible input proportions for resultant products and obliges applicants to ensure imported inputs are those declared and actually used in the export product under Foreign Trade Policy.
