of <h1>Suspension of standard input-output norms for polycarbonate compound composition and permitted additive quantities effective 03-05-2024</h1> Standard input-output norms under the foreign trade policy prescribe the composition and permitted quantities per kilogram for polycarbonate compound manufacture, listing primary polycarbonate resin (~99.5% ±0.5%), specified minor additives (stabilizers, antioxidants, processing aids, flame retardants, anti-dripping agents) and pigments, and trace proprietary additives (TNPP, Tinuvin 234, UVA 1577, etc.) with exact gram measures. Variations in resin content are to be pro-rated and combinations of additives/pigments are allowed within indicated limits. The norms were suspended by a public notice dated 03-05-2024. Importers must ensure imported inputs correspond to those used in the exported product.
