of <h1>Manufacture norms for manhole covers: input limits, composition rules, CIF cap, packing and export input matching</h1> Standard input-output norms for manufacture of manhole covers under the relevant FTP SION (suspended by Public Notice dated 03-05-2024) prescribe inputs and limits: major input-pig iron/CI scrap/steel melting scrap 1,100 kg (steel melting scrap restricted to 5% of this total); low-ash metallurgical coke 110 kg; ferroalloys (FeSi & FeMn) 5 kg; other inputs (fireclay, fired silica refractory, grinding wheel, black bituminous paint) with combined CIF value capped at 1% of FOB export value; packing material per packing policy. Applicants must ensure imported inputs correspond to those used in the exported product.
