If PVC compound is replaced, permitted quantities are allocated among PVC resin, plasticizer, and filler in prescribed proportions; PVC stabiliser may be allowed up to a limited share subject to a reduction in resin allocation. Import quantities must follow the Engineering product tables and applicants must ensure imported items are those actually used in the export product.
