<h1>Heat shrinkable straight joints: component quantities set, suspension noted, and imports must match actual export usage.</h1> Prescribed input output norms list component quantities for 600/1000 V heat shrinkable straight joints (4 X 185 mm sq.): one joint; 500 gms hot melt adhesive; 630 gms electrolytic copper (99.9%); 4 m self amalgamating EPR tape; 1700 mm of 115/34 mm medium wall tubing; and 800 mm of 35/12 mm medium wall tubing. These norms are suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 (03-05-2024). Applicants must ensure imported inputs are those actually used or required in the exported product and determine appropriate input proportions for resultant products.
