Garg Associates Pvt. Ltd., implemented by the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, with commencement April 1982, completion March 1983, and an estimated project cost; the Institute is noted as approved under section 10(2)(xiii) of the Indian I.T. Act, 1922.
