Notification recognizing charitable institution status under section 10(23C)(v) for specified assessment years by Central Government. Central Government notified Shri Kasi Nattukkottai Nagarathar Chatram Managing Society under clause (v) of sub section (23C) of section 10 of the Income tax Act, recognising the society for the purposes of that provision for the assessment years 1980-81 to 1982-83.
