of <h1>Indian Council of Agricultural Research Approves K.M. Scientific Research Centre u/s 35 for Tax Benefits.</h1> The K. M. Scientific Research Centre in Masondha, Motinagar, Faizabad, U.P., has been approved by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research as an institution under clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This approval is valid for a period of three years, from January 17, 1980, to January 16, 1983. This notification, identified as S.O.2739 and dated August 20, 1981, follows a previous notification dated March 1, 1979.
