of <h1>Tax Exemption Granted to Andhra Pradesh Lalit Kala Akademi for Assessment Years 1975-76 to 1980-81 under Section 10(23C)</h1> The Central Government has issued Notification No. S.O.2930 dated July 4, 1980, under clause (iv) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This notification grants tax exemption to the Andhra Pradesh Lalit Kala Akademi for the assessment years from 1975-76 to 1980-81.
