of <h1>India Fertility Research Programme in Calcutta approved for medical research under Income-tax Act, sec 35(1)(ii), until 1983.</h1> The India Fertility Research Programme in Calcutta has been approved as a scientific research association by the Indian Council of Medical Research for medical research under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This approval is valid from April 11, 1980, to April 10, 1983. The society must maintain separate accounts for funds received for scientific research, submit annual returns of its activities, and provide an audited statement of accounts to both the Council and the relevant Income-tax Commissioner by May 31 each year.
