of <h1>Ayurveda Trust Approved for Medical Research as Scientific Association Under Section 35(1)(ii), Valid Until 1982</h1> The Shri Govind Prasad Vaidya Shashtipurti Ayurveda Sanshoodhan Vigyan Bhavan Trust in Ahmedabad has been approved as a scientific research association in medical research under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This approval, granted by the Indian Council of Medical Research, is effective from April 5, 1980, to April 4, 1982. The Trust must maintain separate accounts for research funds, submit annual research activity returns, and provide annual audited financial statements to the Council and the Income-tax Commissioner by May 31 each year.
