This approval, effective from November 19, 1980, to November 18, 1982, requires the Trust to maintain separate accounts for funds received for medical research. Additionally, the Trust must submit annual returns and audited statements of its scientific research activities to the Council and the relevant Income-tax Commissioner by May 31 each year.
