of <h1>Central Excise Rules Amended: Jurisdiction Changes for Commissioners of Delhi-III & Delhi-IV under Notification No. 38/2002-CE(N.T.)</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has amended Notification No. 14/2002-Central Excise (N.T.) dated March 8, 2002, under the Central Excise Rules, 2002. This amendment, effective through Notification No. 38/2002-CE(N.T.) dated November 14, 2002, revises Table III concerning jurisdictional changes for the Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals). Specifically, it updates the entries for Sl. No. 22 and 23, designating the Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals), Delhi-III to oversee Delhi-III, Panchkula, and Rohtak, and the Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals), Delhi-IV to oversee Delhi-IV.
