of <h1>Victoria Hospital Approved for Medical Research by ICMR Under Section 35(1)(ii) of Income-tax Act, 1961</h1> The Victoria Hospital in Dichpalli, Nizamabad District, Andhra Pradesh, has been approved as a 'Scientific Research Association' in the field of medical research by the Indian Council of Medical Research under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This approval is subject to conditions requiring the hospital to maintain separate accounts for funds received for scientific research and to submit annual returns of its research activities to the council by May 31 each year. The approval is valid from September 18, 1979, to September 17, 1980.
