of <h1>Amendment to Notification No. 06/2002-CE(N.T.): Changes in Deemed Credit for Textile Processors Under Rule 11 of CENVAT Credit Rules.</h1> Notification No. 06/2002-CE(N.T.), dated March 1, 2002, concerning the rate of deemed credit for independent textile processors and composite mills, has been amended. The Central Government, under the powers of rule 11 of the CENVAT Credit Rules, 2002, has made changes in the public interest. Specifically, sub-paragraph (iii) in paragraph 2, the proviso in Explanation 3, and Explanation 6 have been omitted. This amendment follows the principal notification published on March 1, 2002, and last amended on April 27, 2002.
