of <h1>Amendment to Export Procedures: Goods to Nepal Need Original Invoice at Border, Updated Invoice Requirements in Annexure-II.</h1> The notification amends the procedure for exporting goods to Nepal under the Central Excise Rules, 2002. It replaces sub-clause (d) of clause (2) under the procedure for export to Nepal, requiring goods to be presented to the Nepalese Customs officer at the border with the original invoice. The officer will process and return the duplicate copy with necessary endorsements to the Indian customs officer. Additionally, Annexure-II of the notification is updated to include detailed invoice requirements for goods liable to Central Excise Duty in India, ensuring proper documentation and certification by customs officers on both sides of the border.
