of <h1>Amendment to Export Regulations for Mineral Oil Products Used as Aircraft Stores Under Notification No. 01/2002-CE(N.T.)</h1> Notification No. 01/2002-CE(N.T.), dated January 16, 2002, issued by the Central Board of Excise and Customs, amends Notification No. 42/2001-CE(N.T.) from June 26, 2001. The amendment pertains to the export of mineral oil products under Chapter 27 of the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985. It specifies that such exports, when used as stores for aircraft on foreign runs, must pay an amount as specified in the Table in clause (c) of the first paragraph of Notification No. 40/2001-CE(N.T.), also dated June 26, 2001. Further amendments can be referred to in Notification No. 22/2003-CE(N.T.) dated March 24, 2003.
