of <h1>Shri Laxminaracinva Devalaya in Velinga, Goa officially recognized u/s 80G of Income-tax Act, 1961.</h1> The Central Government, exercising powers under sub-section (2)(b) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, has officially recognized Shri Laxminaracinva Devalaya, located in Velinga, Mardol-Goa, as a place of public worship of renown throughout the Union Territory of Goa. This notification, numbered S.O.1397 and dated March 3, 1978, replaces a previous designation of the same institution as being located in Margao-Goa, as per a subsequent notification issued on November 12, 1979.
