of <h1>Sri Abhinava Vidyateertha Swamigal Academy gains approval under Income-tax Act section 35(1)(ii) for scientific research funding.</h1> The Sri Abhinava Vidyateertha Swamigal Scientific Research Academy in Bangalore has been approved under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, by the Secretary of the Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi. This approval is subject to the Academy maintaining separate accounts for funds received for scientific research and submitting an annual return of its research activities to the prescribed authority by April 30 each year. This notification remains effective for three years from March 9, 1977.
