of <h1>6% 10-Year Bonds Issued by Industrial Reconstruction Corp Specified Under Section 80L of Income-tax Act, 1961</h1> The Central Government has specified the 6 percent 10-year Bonds, 1986--Second Series, issued by the Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of India Ltd. between November 1, 1976, and November 3, 1976, under the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This notification, dated April 4, 1977, identifies these bonds for the purposes outlined in the aforementioned clause of the Income-tax Act.
