of <h1>World Wildlife Fund India approved for tax exemption under Section 35(1)(ii), valid for three years from June 1976.</h1> The World Wild Life Fund (Indian National Appeal), Bombay, has been approved by the Secretary of the Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi, as an institution eligible for tax exemption under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This approval is specific to activities in natural or applied sciences. The institution must maintain a separate account for funds received for scientific research and submit an annual return of its research activities to the prescribed authority by April 30 each year. This notification is valid for three years from June 21, 1976.
