Designation under section 80G: Sri Mukteswara and Kaleswareswamy Temple notified as place of public worship for tax purposes. Central Government, exercising the power conferred by sub section (2)(b) of section 80G of the Income tax Act, 1961, notifies Sri Mukteswara and Kaleswareswamy Temple at Kaleswaram as a place of public worship of renown throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh for the purposes of the said provision.
