<h1>Government Forms Approval Committee for Electronic Hardware and Software Special Economic Zone Under SEZ Act 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the electronic hardware and software Special Economic Zone located at Mouza-Banagram and Sarmasterchowk, District-24 Parganas (South), West Bengal, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. This committee includes the Development Commissioner as Chairperson, and members from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Customs or Central Excise, Income Tax, and the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, two officers from the Government of West Bengal and a representative from the developer, M/s Oval Developers Pvt. Ltd., will serve as special invitees.
