The committee is chaired by the Development Commissioner of the SEZ (with provision for deputy representation) and comprises named ex officio members from central and state commerce, customs, excise, income tax, banking and industry promotion authorities; the developer is a Special Invitee and nominees of specified officers may represent them at prescribed ranks.
