The committee comprises the Development Commissioner as Chairperson, and members include representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Commissioner of Customs or Central Excise, Commissioner of Income Tax, Director (Banking) from the Ministry of Finance, CEO/Managing Director of the relevant Industrial Development Authority, Secretary (Industry) of Uttar Pradesh, and a representative from the developer, M/s Seaview Developers Limited.
