of <h1>Approval Committee Formed for IT/IT-enabled Services SEZ in Greater Noida under SEZ Act, 2005</h1> A committee named the Approval Committee has been established for the IT/IT-enabled services Special Economic Zone at Plot No. TZ-04, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. This committee, constituted by the Central Government, includes the Development Commissioner as Chairperson and several ex-officio members, including representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, Ministry of Finance, and Uttar Pradesh's industrial authorities. A representative from the developer, M/s Unitech Infra Con Limited, is a special invitee. The notification was issued on July 22, 2008.
