Constitutes an Approval Committee for the IT/ITES Special Economic Zone at Raheja Infocity II under the SEZ Act to oversee the SEZ developed by M/s K. Raheja Universal Private Limited. The Committee is chaired by the Development Commissioner (ex officio) and includes specified ex officio central and state officers-Department of Commerce nominee, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Commissioners of Customs/Central Excise and Income Tax or their nominees, Director (Banking), Development Commissioner (Industries) Maharashtra, Joint Secretary (Industries) Maharashtra-with the developer's representative as a special invitee.
