of <h1>Central Government Forms Approval Committee for IT/IT-enabled Services SEZ at Raheja Infocity II per SEZ Act 2005</h1> The Central Government has constituted an Approval Committee for the IT/IT-enabled services Special Economic Zone at Raheja Infocity II, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee includes the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson, and members from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Customs and Central Excise, Income Tax, Ministry of Finance, and Maharashtra's state government. A representative from the developer, M/s K. Raheja Universal Private Limited, is a special invitee. This committee is established to oversee the purposes of the SEZ Act.
